EIB - FEMIP - FACILITY FOR EURO-MEDITERRANEAN INVESTMENT AND PARTNERSHIP
Loans and risk capital for mainly big industrial and infrastructure projects in the Mediterranean partner countries (MPC). The aim of this European funding is to promote the economic and social modernisation and enhance regional integration, with a view to the planned creation of a free-trade area between Europe and the Mediterranean countries.

The FEMIP brings together the whole range of services provided by the EIB to assist the economic development of the Mediterranean partner countries since 2002. FEMIP activities are focused on two priority areas: support for the private sector and creating an investment-friendly environment.
