TAIEX - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE INFORMATION EXCHANGE PROGRAMME (IPA & ENPI)
Grants for technical assistance and information actions for candidate countries' administrations. European funding granted to give an assistance under the TAIEX instrument will include the delivery of expertise and information to facilitate the implementation and enforcement of the acquis in Croatia, FYROM, Island and Turkey as well as to the understanding and flow of information on progress and issues in this respect.

TAIEX provides the administrations of Candidate Countries, the Western Balkans, Caucasus, Russia and the Mediterannean countries, short-term technical assistance in the field of administrative capacity building. The programme makes part of the IPA Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance and the ENPI instrument for neighbourhood countries (see EUROFUNDING sheets).
