REHABILITATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF AFGHANISTAN
Technical assistance programme to rehabilitation and reconstruction actions in Afghanistan. European funding granted to support basic social services and economic development in Afghanistan and support the Afghanistan national drug control strategy, including halting the production of opium in Afghanistan, and the disruption and destruction of the opium networks and illegal export routes to European countries.
