The EU-ACP Energy facility is based on the EC Communication of 26 October 2004 on the future development of the EU Energy Initiative and the Energy Facility for ACP countries (COM(2004)711final).
Jakie są kroki do podjęcia?
Management of the Facility is within the EC in Brussels, eventually assisted by outside National Energy experts. The existing decision-making processes between EU and ACP institutions will apply.
